Capability – Machining & Specialised Component Manufacture
- CNC Design and Machining
- Our machine shop consists of 3 CNC lathes and 2 machining centers
- We machine and shape metal, plastics and various other material for numerous types of manufacturing component requirements
- This includes the ability to read Blue Prints utilizing computer programming skills and experience. This results in computer aided design to manufacture from Blue Print to complete part.
- We have 3 King Rich milling machines to facilitate jig making and one off component requirements.
- Capability – Welding and Fabrication
- Coded welders carrying out gas metal welding to manufacture components
- Cutting materials to required size, checking dimensions and thicknesses
- Welding or joining metal and other materials into a wide range of structures
- Following engineering plans, drawings and instructions
- Our fabrication workshop is adequately sized to facilitate your cutting and fabrication requirements to meet your required design structure
